Operation steps of F543 double plate thermal conductivity meter

Author:QINSUN Released in:2023-12 Click:45

F543 double plate thermal conductivity meter is a test equipment independently developed and produced by our company Qisnun Precision Mechanical and Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. It is cost effective and can test plastics, rubber, glass, fibers and benzene boards. , extruded panels, cellular concrete and hollow glass. , wooden boards, various insulating materials and other homogeneous plate materials. It can also measure the thermal conductivity of various materials such as granular materials, bulk materials, soft materials, etc.

Applicable standards:

GB/T 10294-2008, GB/T 3399-1982, GB/T 10801.1-2002, GB/T 10801.2 -2002, GB/T 3139-2005, GB/T 17794-2008

Operation steps:

First: prepare the accessories and test samples;

Open the instrument test box;

Put the test Place the sample in the box;

Cover the test box and lock it securely;

Use a depth gauge to measure the thickness of the sample;

Open the positioning lever on the side of the box and turn the box over;

Replace the positioning lever positioning in its original position;

Place another sample in this box (the instrument has two identical heating units);

Turn on the low temperature tank and the power switch;

Inject a certain amount of water into it;

Turn on the instrument switch and enter the LCD operation interface;

Set the hot plate temperature, sample thickness and preset parameters such as thermal time and the test time;

Click [Start];

The systementers a thermodynamic cycle and the sample is tested;

When the set time is reached, the instrument automatically stops, opens the box and removes the sample;

Once the test is complete, close the instrument;

Analyze and compare the data obtained from the test to evaluate the thermal conductivity of the material.
