Abrasion resistance test:

The circular fabric sample is fixed on the table of grinding, and fixed with a standard Rubbing cloth rubbing head is used for rubbing test. There are three evaluation methods: determination of sample damage, determination of mass loss, and evaluation of changes in appearance.

Pilling Test:

To simulate the pilling that occurs during normal wear, under light pressure, place the specimen on the specimen holder and the test table. grinding The fabric itself is rubbed against each other with a certain geometric figure, and then the sample after grinding is compared with the standard sample for scoring. According to the types of samplestested, it can be simply divided into: knitting pilling review sample photo, woven fabric pilling review sample photo. 5-no pilling; 4 light pilling; 3 months to reduce pilling; 2 severe pilling; 1-very serious pilling.

Operation process:

1. Sample preparation

In the standard environment, place it for a period of time according to different standards in a flat, non-stretch condition. Such as 24h (GB/T 480 2.2-1997), 16h (EN ISO 12947-4:1998);

2. Selection of samples

From different parts of the entire door fabric Cut out a sample, the sample must be representative. If it is a novelty fabric, the swatch should include all the different fabric surface textures and colors;

3. Remove the load and load shaft from the testeur;

4 . Remove the top plate and test device;

5. Sampling device:

Loosen the fixing ring on the test device, remove the pressure piece from the sample and place the sample inside the base of the breadboard. When the fabric to be tested does not exceed 500g/m2, a piece of polyester foam is placed between the sample and the metal plug in the sample clamp, and when the fabric is over 500g/m2, no foam is necessary for the composite fabric. Specimens on each specimen holder should be under the same tension;

6. Wool felt and rubbing cloth device:

Place felt and abrasive on the grinding table, place the weight on the abrasive, then place the pressure ring on it, and tighten the nut so that the pressure ring fixes the abrasive on the grinding table;

7. Place the grinding head on the abrasive at presurrect;

8. Place the test fixture with the specimen down on the base fixture, adjust the circular groove of the test fixture to align with the load shaft, so that the load shaft is inserted into the circular groove of the test fixture;

9. Set the number of times according to the standard, start the switch, start the test, automatically stop after reaching the set number of times, remove the sample and compare the standard sample in the evaluation box.
