Interpretation of the purge and detection of leaks from the refrigeration unit in the thermal shock test chamber

Author:QINSUN Released in:2023-06 Click:133

The thermal shock tester, also known as the thermal shock test chamber, is mainly used to simulate sudden changes in high temperature and low temperature environments, and can be used to detect changes physical and chemical caused by the thermal expansion and contraction of the elements in a short time, to observe the stability of the performance of the element.

The products are widely used in the industries of battery, metal, plastic, rubber, electronics, electricity and others, as important as aerospace components, car engine.
Purge and leak detection of refrigeration units in the cold and thermal shock test chamber:
1. Connect the pressure reducing valve to the nitrogen cylinder and connect the pressure reduction from the nitrogen bottle to theadding ammonia valve to the system with a nitrogen hose;
2. Open all system valves except the valve to atmosphere;
3. Open the ammonia valve and nitrogen valve, and fill the system with Nitrogen up to the test pressure of the low pressure part seals, flanges, valves and other connecting and sealing parts for leak detection;
5. Find out the leak point, after marking a batch of leak points, the operator of the thermal shock test chamber should be located in a safe position for the sewage discharge operation, and unscrew the screw cap at the bottom of the low-pressure circulating liquid tank (or gas-liquid separator) to discharge waste water and release nitrogen;
6. To repair leaks, screw on the threaded cap of the low-pressure circulating liquid tank (or gas-liquid separator) and fill with nitrogen gas. The operator is located at a posi7. Repeat the previous two steps until \'there is no more vanishing point;
8. Close the liquid inlet valve and the oil discharge valve of the low pressure circulating liquid tank (or gas-liquid separator) and close the liquid discharge barrel. Liquid outlet valve and oil discharge valve, compressor suction valve and oil discharge valve fill the system. with nitrogen at the test pressure of the high pressure part; After marking a batch of leak points, the operator stands in a safe position for sewage disposal operation and unscrews the threaded plug at the bottom of the liquid sewer barrel to discharge sewage and release nitrogen;
10. Repair leaks and vunscrew the screw cap of the liquid discharge barrel, fill with nitrogen, and the operator of the temperature shock test chamber is located in a safe position for the sewage discharge operation to unscrew the cap screw at the bottom of high pressure liquid tank, discharge sewage and release nitrogen;
11. Repeat the previous two steps until there is no longer a vanishing point.
