Test Process:
1. Sample Selection
Randomly select 8 samples with different components and organizational structures and test the burst strengthof each sample 10 times, the average of their results was used for analysis and comparison.
2. Experimental research methods
Different equipment and different test methods are selected, and the results of the bursting strength of the samples are also different. The bursting time specified in GB/T7742.1-2005 can be (20 ± 5) s; the test area is 50 cm2, and other test areas such as 100 cm2, 10 cm2, 7.3 cm2 can also be used, and three different test areas are used for the same test area. The sample is tested, and at the same time the influence of the test area on the burst performance of the substance examined.
3. Analysis of test results
The analysis shows that in the hydraulic burst test, the test area under the same conditions has a major influence on the burst strength. In general, the smaller the test area, the greater the burst strength value. The burst strength value obtainedgene by using a 7.3 cm2 test area is about 3 times that of a 50 cm2 test area. Therefore, the test area for the burst test must be specified.
Points to note:
1. The test value should be within the range of 20% to 80% of full scale value, otherwise the weight should be increased or decreased;
2. When the indication value range is 0-16N, the large and small weighted hammers A, B and the long and short screws are not used;
3. When the indication value range is 0-32N, install then install a small weight-raising hammer A and fix it with 2 short screws;
4. If the indication value range is 0-64N, install a big weight-raising hammer B, and use 2 long screws to fix it;
