1. Instrument usage:

The UL-94 horizontal and vertical combustion tester is designed to simulate the early stages of ignition in the surrounding environment of electronic and electrical products. It is used to assess the fire hazard through simulation technology and ensure that the surrounding area of the product does not cause combustion spread when caught on fire. The testing equipment is suitable for components, parts, and components of electrical, electronic, and household appliances, such as insulated casings, switch panels, printed circuit boards, and insulation materials of household appliances. This UL94 horizontal and vertical combustion testing instrument is designed to test the flammability of equipment and appliance component materials. Many testing indicators that are applicable for ultimate use, such as flammability, combustion rate, flame spread, combustion intensity, and the flame retardant performance of the product, are detectable. 4. Spray lamp and gas control:

2.1 The burner angle can be conveniently adjusted from 0 to 45 degrees;

The test time and ignition time can be set on the touch screen. Meet multiple testing standards requirements;

3.7 Linear combustion rate (V) PLC automatic calculation, touch screen display and saving;

3.8 The test level value (HB0 HB40 HB75/V-0 V-1 V-2) and the national standard specified value can be viewed on the screen;

3.9 The horizontal and vertical combustion test programs can be switched on the touch screen;
