The mask dead space detection device is used to detect the dead space of protective masks, which is the volume fraction of CO2 in the inhaled gas. The testing standards should comply with the dead space detection items in the standard GB2626-2019 "Respiratory Protective Equipment - Self suction Filtered Anti Particle Respirators", TAJ1001-2015 "PM2.5 Protective Masks", and the mask type dead space detection items such as carbon dioxide content in the inhaled gas of the mask in GB/T16556-2007 "Self supply Open Circuit Compressed Air Respirators";

The dead chamber tester for protective masks is used to detect the volume fraction of CO2 in the inhaled gas.

Equipment principle:

Subtract the CO2 concentration in the environment from the CO2 concentration in the inhaled gas, and take the average of three consecutive tests, which should not exceed 1%. So as to determine the performance of the face mask dead cavity testing device.
