working principle:

Cut the test piece with a standard cutter, use the specified type of grinding wheel, and load a certain weight to wear it. After the specified number of revolutions, take out the test piece and observe the condition of the test piece after grinding or the weight of the test piece before and after the test. difference.

Experimental procedure:

   1. Prepare the materials for the testing machine and prepare a sampling knife (knife)

   2. Use a sampling knife to remove the material.

   3. Put the removed material on the taber abrasion tester and fix the material.

   4. After fixing the material, add a certain standard weight, and put down the grinding wheel and weight.

   5. Set the number of tests to be done, and turn on the start button.

   7. After the abrasion tester stops, take out the material to see if there is any damage.

Martindale wear resistance tester is mainly used in textile, footwear, clothing and other industries. It is suitable for the abrasion resistance test of GB/T13775, ASTM D4966, ISO12947 and other fabrics. The main principle is that the circular sample and the fabric of the same material are rubbed with the Lissajous pattern motion track under a given pressure. After reaching the specified number of revolutions, the fuzzing and pilling level of the sample is evaluated. The following details need to be paid attention to when testing:
