Taber wear resistance testing machine is mainly used to test the wear resistance of materials. Experimental operation:

Clamper the sample

Place the cut sample on the test BEnch according to the higher standard requirements.

Keep the sample flat, tighten the compression nut and gasket, and use a hex wrench to tighten the sample fixing ring.

Tightening the wear wheel and weight

Install the standard pre-ground wear wheel on the front inner side of the balance arm and tighten the nut compression.

Tighten the corresponding weight or counterweight according to the required pressure.

According to the specification requirements of wear wheels for different materials tested in the corresponding standards, wear wheels of corresponding specifications are installed.

Getting Started

Turn on the power switch.

Set the predefined number of revolutions on the counter.

Press the start button and the motor drives the turntable to start rotating.

Note:

1. When the grinding wheel is ground to the point where the sticker or the surface of the grinding wheel is uneven, it should be replaced.

2. BeforeAfter each sample measurement, the grinding wheel should be cleaned with a brush.
