Applicable scope:

The dry state fluff tester, also known as the twist tester, is a specialized equipment used to evaluate the fluff shedding performance of non-woven fabrics under dry conditions. It is mainly suitable for evaluating the shedding performance of non-woven fabrics and other textile materials used in medical protective materials (surgical sheets, surgical gowns, clean clothes, etc.). When testing, the testing principle is that the sample is subjected to a combined effect of torsion and compression in the test chamber. During this twisting process, air is extracted from the test chamber and the test results are evaluated by counting and classifying the particles in the air using a laser dust particle counter.
