din wear test machine_nbs rubber wear test machine

Author:QINSUN Released in:2023-03 Click:123

Main Application:
din Abrasion Tester_nbs Rubber Abrasion Tester has the advantages of small sample, time saving, non-repeating friction path, low noise, high efficiency, good reproducibility, simple operation and other characteristics, used to test the wear resistance of elastic materials, conveyor belts, rubber, tires, shoe soles, soft synthetic leather and other materials.

Meet the standard:
DIN 53516, JIS K6369, GB/T 20991 Section 8.3, GB 20265-2006, GB20266-2006, SATRA TM174, BS 903 , JIS K6264, GB/T9867, ISO4649, etc.

din Abrasion Tester_nbs Rubber Abrasion Tester Main parameters:

6. Roll diameter: 150mm
7. Roll length: 460 mm
8. Roller speed: 40 rpm
9. Gplanned stroke: 40m/20m
10. Abrasive speed: 0.32m/sec
11. Inclination angle: 3° angle between the support axis of the test piece and the vertical surface of the roller
12. Volume: 70×30×30cm
13. Weight: 61kg
14. Power supply: 1∮, AC220V, 3A

Main principle:
Under a certain load, at a certain level of mesh, columnar test The sample is cut crosswise and ground on the mesh surface for a certain impact, and the mass abrasion of the sample is measured, and then the volume abrasion is calculated according to the density of the sample. In order to make the test comparable, a standard rubber should be used at the end. The test results are expressed as the relative volume wear based on the calibrated mesh or as the abrasion resistance basis expressed in relation to the wear of a standard adhesive.
