The composite salt water spray tester/composite salt spray corrosion test chamber is a natural condition close to the reality in accelerated corrosion test, which is simulated by the conditions commonly encountered in the natural environment, such as salt spray, hot air drying, wetting, low temperature, etc., which can be combined and cycled in any order. Its main test objects are aimed at the items used in the environment with drastic changes, such as automotive parts, equipment, building materials, film coated electric books, electrical machines, etc.

Main use:

The composite salt water spray tester/composite salt spray corrosion test chamber is used to test the corrosion resistance of electroplating and paint decorative coatings of automotive parts, equipment, building materials, film electrography, electrical machinery and other equipment.

Testing principle:

The salt dry wet composite corrosion test is to expose the specimen to different environmental conditions of repeated cycles. Simple environmental conditions can cycle between salt spray and drying conditions, while more complete automatic methods can require multifunctional cycles to combine moisture or atomization with salt spray, drying, and soaking functions. The salt dry wet composite corrosion testing machine can repeatedly achieve various typical corrosion environments in a test chamber, and complex test cycle programs can be set with the help of specially designed controllers.

Automatic cyclic testing can be completed, and current automatic corrosion methods generally require repeated exposure of specimens to salt spray, high humidity, low dryness, and environmental conditions for cycling. For special industries (coatings, automobiles), it is also required to increase the use of corrosion solution immersion processes. It utilizes rapid cycling, rapid temperature changes, low humidity drying cycles, and various corrosive solutions to ensure more realistic experiments. Many researchers have found that this experiment is very useful for the inspection of industrial anti-corrosion coatings.

B. Spray mode:

a. Using the Bernoult principle to absorb salt water and then atomize it, the degree of atomization is uniform, and the phenomenon of blocking crystals can ensure the standard of continuous testing.

b. Nozzle: made of special glass nozzle, which can adjust the size of spray volume and spray angle.

c. Spray volume: adjustable at 1~2ml (ml/80cm2/h) (16 hour average volume).

d. Air supply system: The air pressure is adjusted in two stages at 1 kg/cm, with the * stage being a rough adjustment and the second stage being a precise adjustment.

C. Hot air drying test:

1. Test temperature range: room temperature+10 ℃~70 ℃ ± 1 ℃.

2. Using a blower, the air inside the temperature box outside the laboratory is passed through an air heater before entering the laboratory, creating a low humidity condition in the laboratory. The temperature of the laboratory is controlled by the heater inside the temperature box. (SSR drive)

D. Wet test:

1. Test temperature range: room temperature+10 ℃~60 ℃ ± 1 ℃.

2. Test humidity range: 60% RH~98% RH.

3. By using steam induction method, moisture is generated by heating water, which is then introduced into the test chamber through a blower. The microcomputer processor of the IPC-1000 controller, which plays the main control role, performs micro motion control when the humidity reaches the required value. When the humidity exceeds the value, dry hot air is introduced to dilute the moisture, and excess moisture is discharged to the test room. E. Temperature control accuracy inside the test chamber:

1. Temperature control accuracy: uniformity ± 2 ℃, fluctuation ± 2 ℃.

A. Test slot: 8mm for high-temperature resistant PVC plastic sheet products.

B. Test tank cover: High temperature resistant PVC plastic sheet product 8mm.

C. Machine shell: 8mm industrial PVC plastic sheet product, with a middle layer to reinforce the overall firmness and load-bearing capacity of the testing machine.

D. Saturation bucket: SUS # 304 stainless steel plate products.

E. Heater: Use corrosion-resistant titanium metal electric heating tubes.

D. Air supply fan: Use a multi wing powerful air supply fan.

Control system:

A. Programmed Temperature and Humidity Controller: Adopting an imported LCD screen controlled microcomputer digital display programmable temperature and humidity controller, it can be operated individually or connected for any test (1 unit).

2. Equipped with fixed-point and programmable execution functions, reservation activation, cold and hot startup slope setting and operation parameters for selection

3. The programmable function can have a capacity of 30Patten x 800step x 999cycle, with each step of 99h59min and 4 sets of Timersignal.

4. 10 sets of serial programs can be set, with 6 sets of programs connected in each series.

5. Each group of programs can set 5 sub programs to perform region loops, with 999 cycles per group.
