Test principle:

According to specified method and experiment Parameters, using a nylon brush or disposable abrasive, or rubbing against the abrasive only in a moisture-adjusted state, to make the fabric rub and pilling, and then under the conditions of lighting conditions, compare the pilling sample with a photo to assess the level of pilling.

Pile test:

1. Take the sample and clamp it properly and ironment in the specimen chuck. Set the friction times for the counter according to GB/T4802.1-97.

2. Select the sample pressure according to the regulations. If you need to increase the weight, you can clamp the required weight on the chuck shaft.

3. Lay the specimen holder down so that the specimen is in contact with the plane of the brush.

4. Press the \"RUN\" button, the instrument can run according to the set number of times, and the instrument will automatically stop when the set number is reached.

Pilling test:

1. Set the number of counters according to the provisions of GB4802.1-97.

2. Take the specimen and clamp it correctly and firmly in the specimen holder.

3. Lay the specimen holder down so that the specimen is in contact with the abrasive plane.

4. Press the \"RUN\" key to make the instrument perform the pilling.

5. After the machine automatically stops, rotate the sample chuck and remove the sample after grinding for evaluation.
