Box drop testing machine

The cardboard box drop test machine is used to perform free drop tests on the surface, corners, and edges of packaging components. It is equipped with a digital height display and uses a decoder for height tracking, providing the product drop height with an error of no more than 2% or 10mm from the preset drop height. It is used to test the damage of product packaging caused by falls and evaluate the impact strength during transportation and handling.

Technical features:

1. Adopting a single arm and double column structure, equipped with electric reset, electric control drop and electric lifting device, convenient to use;

2. The hydraulic buffer device greatly improves the service life, stability, and safety of the machine. The single arm setting allows for easy placement of products;

3. The angle error between the impact surface and the bottom plate plane is less than or equal to 5 °.
