Abrasion Tester/Paper Tape Abrasion Tester/Paper Tape Abrasion Tester

Author:QINSUN Released in:2023-03 Click:95

Using the punched tape as the friction medium in the wear resistance testing machine, a fixed load acts on the friction head, and the friction head drives the rotating punched tape through a fixed diameter roller and a constant speed motor to continuously apply force to the surface of the sample, until the surface substrate is seen or a certain amount of wear is reached, the anti-friction performance of the sample is evaluated by the number of motor revolutions displayed by the counter.

Technical parameters:
1. Test load (g): 55g g175g 275g
2. Test Speed: 16 R/MIN
3. Machine size: 530*490*410 (mm)
4. Machine weight: 59kg
5. Power supply: 1Φ, 220V, 5A or

Product features:
1. RCA Paper Tape Abrasion Tester Rolls Unoiled paper or tape rubs against the sample with a certain number of revolutions depending on the abrasion resistance effect.
2. Friction test of sprayed coatings op the surface of mobile phones, notebook computers, mobile phones, PDA, MP3, CD players and various plastic shells;
3. Friction resistance test of screen printing on the surface of silicone rubber products; 4. After surface treatment such as electroplating, water plating and vacuum plating, the coefficient of friction test of the surface of the product, etc.
5. *Designed as a model with dual motors and dual count display:
6. Digital display counter: with preset times function, and it will automatically stop when it reaches the default value;
7. Mechanical counter: available It is used for cumulative friction times, which can remind users to replace friction rings in time after they reached the number of times.
8. Roll of unoiled paper or adhesive tape to rub against the sample with a certain number of revolutions, depending on the abrasion resistance effect
9. For softer materials, use weightsreduce the load to 55g or 175g (default load is 175g)
Standard configuration:
One area gauge, one set of tools, one magnifying glass, one test load of 55g, one of 175g each, one universal fixer, three O-rings A
Instructions for use
Purpose: Slightly moving the flat part of the sliding bolt (C) can confirm whether the full weight of the vertical shaft falls on the sample under test ( or parallel to the instrument base)

Method:
A. Drive the engine lightly until the rocker arm lift cam (E) is in the lowest position and the bearing cam transmission shaft is in the empty position
B. Attach the rocker arm to the sliding bolt (C) On the flat part, tighten the loosen two screws on the vertical axis (H), move the vertical axis (H) up and down so that the \"O\" ring is firmly attached to the sample under test
C. Turn the brass weight fine adjustment screw (G) until the slide pin (C) is slightly toward bin and out and the vertical axis will also move slightly
D. Retighten the screw
E. When there is a load on the sample (vertical axis), this action can cause the rocker arm to be parallel to the base of the instrument.
