Abrasion Tester/Paper Tape Abrasion Tester/Paper Tape Abrasion Tester This machine is suitable for mobile phones, PDA, MP3, CD players, laptops and the abrasion resistance test of various surface coating samples , the load is 275g, 175g.55g Roll the unoiled paper or tape to rub against the sample and judge the wear effect at a certain number of revolutions.

Product introduction

Wear testing machine uses the paper tape as a friction medium and acts on the friction head with a fixed load. The friction head will continue to apply force to the surface of the sample through the fixed diameter roller and the fixed speed motor to drive the rotating paper tape until it sees the surface substrate can achieve a certain degree of wear, and the anti-friction performance of the sample can be evaluated by the number of motor revolutionsgene represented by the counter.
Technical parameters:
1. Test load (g): 55g g175g 275g
2. Test Speed: 16 R/MIN
3. Machine size: 530*490*410 (mm)
4. Machine weight: 59kg
5. Power supply: 1Φ, 220V, 5A or
Product features:
1. RCA Paper Tape Abrasion Tester Rolls Unoiled paper or tape rubs against the sample with a certain number of revolutions depending on the abrasion resistance effect.
2. Friction test of coatings sprayed on the surface of mobile phones, notebooks, mobile phones, PDA, MP3, CD players and various plastic cases;
3. Friction resistance test of screen printing on the surface of silicone rubber products; 4. After surface treatment such as electroplating, water plating and vacuum plating, the coefficient of friction test of the surface of the product, etc.
5. *Designed as a model with dual motors and dual count display:
6. Digital display counter: with preset time functiontimes, and it will automatically stop when it reaches the default value;
7. Mechanical counter: available It is used for cumulative friction times, which can remind users to replace friction rings in time after reaching the number of times.
8. Roll of unoiled paper or adhesive tape to rub against the sample with a certain number of revolutions, depending on the abrasion resistance effect
9. For softer materials, use weights to reduce the load to 55g or 175g (default load is 175g)
Standard configuration:
One area gauge, one set of tools, one magnifying glass, one 55g test load, one of 175 g each, one universal fixer, three O-rings A
Instructions for use
Purpose: If the face of the sliding bolt (C) is slightly movedAt the same time, it can be confirmed whether the full weight of the vertical shaft on the test sample falls (whether it is parallel to the instrument base)
A. Lightly crank the motor until the rocker arm (E) lifts the cam to its lowest position and the bearing cam drive shaft is in the empty position
B. Attach the rocker arm to the flat part of the sliding bolt (C), tighten the two screws on the vertical shaft (H), and move vertically up and down the shaft (H) so that the \"O\" ring is flush with the sample to be tested
C. Turn the brass weight fine adjustment screw (G ) until the vertical shaft with the slide pin (C) moves slightly in and out Move slightly
D. Retighten the screw
E. When a load (vertical axis) comes on the sample, this action can set the rocker arm parallel to the base of the instrument
