Abrasive Wear Tester for Wet Rubber Wheels/Dynamic Load Abrasive Wear Tester is mainly used for testing engineering plastics, powder metallurgy, alloys and other materials and abrasive wear performance under frictional conditions of ore, sand and sediment.

Main application:

Detection process:
1. The main shaft box is installed on the machine base, and the main shaft is supported by a set of bearings, which have high rotational accuracy. The back of the main shaftis connected to the motor;
2. There is a weight loading system on the right half of the base, which can apply a maximum radial load of 200N to the sample on the main shaft; front end of the main shaft, and the outer sample is pressed and fixed in the outer sample slot of the force bar;
4. Applying and removing the test force It is completed by the loading system, and the size is completed by the loading weights, loading the lever arm weight plate and the double arm weight plate;
5.The LCD screen displays the spindle speed and test time;
6. To adjust and set the speed, refer to the operating instructions of the frequency converter;
7. The control of the test time is completed by the instrument. The test time can be pre-set on the disc, and when the time is up, it will alarm and close for protection;
8. The instrument shows the temperature change of the sample during the test.
