Velcro Fatigue Tester Components

Principle of the test:

Attach the hook surface and the rough surface (also called the loop surface) of the hook-and-loop fastener to two rollers with diameters of 162.5 mm and 160 mm respectively. The hook surface of the two rollers is in contact with the Velcro strip on the fur side, and a certain load is added depending on its width. The bottom roll is adrive wheel, which drives the charging roller to rotate repeatedly, so that the Velcro tape attached to the roller is continuously fastened and unfastened. , in order to achieve the purpose of making him tired.

The whole machine is mainly composed of the following parts:

1. Counterweight: used with the wheel motor, the pressure is 5 kg.

2. Driving wheel: the diameter is 160mm, driven by the motor, the speed is 60rpm, and the direction is reversed every 30s. The circular surface is attached to the drive wheel.

3. Drive wheel: The diameter is 162.5mm, driven by the drive wheel to rotate. The hook surface is fixed on the drive wheel.

4. Counter: Set and display the number of exercise circles.

5. Buttons: including emergency stop button, start button and pause button.
