UV fluorescent ultraviolet light In the aging test chamber, the fluorescent ultraviolet light of the ultraviolet lamp can reproduce the influence of sunlight, and the condensation and water spray system can reproduce the influence of rain and dew. The UV Fluorescent Ultraviolet Aging Test Chamber is mainly used to simulate the destructive effects of sunlight, humidity and temperature on materials; material aging includes fading, loss of light, strength reduction, cracking, peeling, chalking and oxidation. The fluorescent ultraviolet aging test chamber can reproduce the damage that can occur outdoors for months or years by simulating sunlight, condensation and natural humidity. The samples are tested in a simulated environment for several days or weeks. The temperature isdt monitored throughout the test cycle. A typical test cycle is usually irradiation with high temperature UV light and a dark condensation cycle at 100% relative humidity; typical applications are in paint coatings, automotive industry, plastic products, wood products, adhesives, etc.

Temperature control

UV: the first-order optical response is not sensitive to temperature changes, but the speed of subsequent second-order responses depends closely associated with temperature changes. In general, as the temperature increases, the reaction rate will increase. Therefore, temperature control during the UV exposure test is very important, and more importantly, the test temperature and materials used in the accelerated test must be used in practical applications . the highest measured temperature. existThe temperature of the UV process in the equipment is set between 50°C and 70°C, depending on the light level and the ambient air temperature in the room. The temperature adjustment of the equipment is achieved through a controller with a microcomputer calculation function to control a range of systems such as air heaters and water heaters into the equipment.

Moisture: As temperatures rise, the destructive power of moisture on materials will increase dramatically. Therefore, temperature control in the humid process is the most basic requirement. In addition, it is necessary to maintain a high temperature environment during the humid process to produce an acceleration effect. Therefore, the temperature in the condensation process is set at an arbitrary point between 40°C and 60°C.

Heating system

4. The heating system has an anti-overheating function:

2) The temperature of the water tank is controlled by a Korean color touch screen temperature controller. The water tank is located in the lower part of the box and has a built-in electric water heater. During the test, there is a test part which is the dark condensation process, which requires saturated water vapor at a relatively high temperature to be generated inside the cabinet. When the water vapor encounters a relatively cold sample surface, dew condenses on the sample surface.
