Test Principle of Fabric Touch Tester

Author:QINSUN Released in:2023-08 Click:104

The fabric touch tester can test the thickness, bending, compression, friction, stretching and other fabric properties by simulating pulling, pressure, pinching, kneading, rubbing and other actions of the human hand touching the fabric, and can achieve the thickness, softness, stiffness, softness and tightness are five quantitative indicators to objectively evaluate the full hand style of fabrics. It is a test equipment independently developed and produced by our company qisnun Precision Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd., with high cost performance and comprehensive after-sales service.

Scope:

Applicable to general fiber sheet products: clothing fabrics, home textile fabrics, non-woven fabrics, yarns, automobile interiors, leather , paper, etc

Technical parameters:

1. Sample size: 50*500 mm;

2. Thickness: 4mm;

3. Test range: 0-80mm.

Test principle:

Simulate the process of subjective feeling of human hands on the fabric, and all the penetrators used are The image simulates the cylindrical shape of a human finger, with fine lines on it, used to simulate fingerprints. The penetrator also adopts the shape of one up and two down, simulating the process of human touch. The system quantifies the corresponding indicators through physical tests such as compression, bending, friction and stretching of the material, and obtains the surface compression thickness, SF softness, ST stiffness, SM softness and the LT tightness then evaluates the full style of the fabric.

1. Thickness index, the thickness of the tissue subjected to surface compression.

2. In the first step, the curved surface is compressed to obtain the modulus of compression, the ddeformation in compression, etc., expressed smoothly SF.

3. In the second step, the bending test obtains the bending value, bending modulus, bending work, etc., expressed by the stiffness ST.

4. In the third step, the friction test obtains the average friction force, coefficient of friction, work of friction, etc., and slipperiness SM.

5. In the fourth step, the tensile test obtains the tensile modulus, tensile work, etc., expressed as LT tightness.
