Test principle:

Within the specified time, the surface of the sample is burned with a standardized flame, so as to observe the combustion, damage or discoloration of the paper standard test, then perform the test. Fabrics are classified.

Operation steps:

1. Place the assembled and dried sample (sample holder) on the sample support.

Tip: If the sample has been pretreated, the test operation should be started at this time. The standard states that the test must be started within 30 seconds of removing the sample from the desiccator.

2. Turn on the main power of the instrument to the on state. Set the ignition time on the timer to 1 s and start the test.

Turn on the instrument start button to start the instrument. The burner ignites and the impact of the flame begins. At the same timeme time, the timer starts automatically. Continuously test 5 samples (front or back) and perform subsequent tests after the other 5 samples are dried.
