Taber Abrasion Tester/Taber Abrasion TesterThe upper part is a sample mount and a pair of abrasive wheels, and a counterweight is attached to the abrasive wheel, and the sample holder is rotated by a motor, to drive the abrasive wheel float to create friction between the grinding wheel and the sample. After a certain number of frictions, stop the instrument, remove the sample, observe the wear rate, and evaluate its wear resistance, and provide reference data for material selection.

Applications:

Suitcases, carpets, cardboard, clothing, glass, plastic coatings, ceramic tiles, metal sheets, paints, varnishes, decorative plates, high voltage plates, plastics, textiles, elastic floor mats, traffic paint, anodized coating, blankets, electronic components, decorative panels, waxes, labels, leather cases, dental materials, car interiors, resins, furniture, etc.
