Operation steps:

1. First: prepare the accessories and test samples;

　2. Install the prepared sample on the test platform and repair it;

3. Install the friction wheel on the fixture and load the balance weights on both sides;

4. Adjust the height of the vacuum pump suction wall to remove debris on the sample ;

5. Place the instrument at another station and load the sample in the same way;

6. Open the switch of the instrument and set the number ofrolling transmissions on timer;

7. At first, the friction wheel rubs the sample cyclically at a certain moving speed; 8. When the set value is reached, stop automatically, remove the friction wheel and weight, loosen the clamp and remove the sa.simple;

9. After testing, close the instrument, remove the sample, analyze and compare to evaluate the friction resistance of the material performance.
