Operation steps:

1. First: prepare props and test samples;

2. Turn on the power switch of the instrument and turn on the safety door of the inlet.strument;

3. Place the wool under the support and place the height block on the grid;

4. Press the [Up] and [Down] buttocks on the panel , Make the distance between the sample on the holder and the radiating surface 30 mm;

5. Place the sample on the holder;

6. Press the [Illumination] button ] on the panel to turn on the illumination;

7. Move the electric heater to the side where the radiation cannot reach the sample;

8. Then press the button [heating] key;

9. At the same time, adjust the power by rotating the knob;

10. When the temperature reaches a certain level, the radiation lamp is heated to the temperature setting;

11. Return the electric heater to the top of the sample position;

12. Press the [Reset] and [Heat] buttons to start timing automatic;

13. If the material is melted and deformed, hold the radiatelectric eur at a distance of 30 mm;

14. If the material begins to burn, move the electric heater away for three seconds;

15. Wait for the flame to go out before putting it back in its original place ;

16. Repeat the same operation, and finally check if the drop burns or ignites the cotton;

17. When the test is finished, turn off the instrument and remove the sample for analysis and comparison;

18. According to the sample under the specified radiant heat source irradiation and the melting state of the sample, to evaluate the melting performance of the material.
