Scratch Resistance Tester_Scratch Tester_Taber710 five-finger scratch tester actively detects smooth and textured plastic decorations in automotive interior and exterior parts wear resistance. It is for plastic material evaluation, wear resistance of hard material, paint, ink, soft metal, linoleum and other materials.

Product Introduction

Main Application :
Mainly used to test the scratch resistance of the surface of the material, suitable for the scratch test of the easy-to-touch parts of the solid insulation of household appliances and similar products or printed circuit boards, to ensure ensure that the material has sufficient strength without being pierced by sharp tools.

Instrument Features:
Touch screen control system, stable performance;Scratch test.

Technical parameters:
1. Test pressure: 5N
2. Test piece rotation speed: 5±1r/min
3. Test force accuracy: ±2%
4. Sample size: Φ90~Φ100mm
5. Total size: 120×120×480 mm
6. Weight: 15 kg

Operation of the scratch tester:
Before loading the sample, adjust the bar to a suitable height in accordance with the thickness of the sample. The precision cutting tool is installed on the beam and placed on the sample. Start the instrument and the turntable rotates at a constant speed to ensure accurate measurement results. By varying the load on the cutting tool, you can assess the shear or scratch resistance of the material.
The beam design of the instrument allows it to be leveled with the sample and turntable and raised or lowered as needed. In addition, the weighing bar can also ben Lifted and suspended in the air to assist the operator in removing the sample. By changing the position of the sliding weight, the total load of the sample can be adjusted in the range of 0-1000 g. Cutting tools can choose to use a tungsten carbide blade or a tapered diamond tip.
The test results can be visually assessed through the 10x magnifying glass equipped with the machine, and the user can also use a high-precision optical microscope to observe.

Working conditions:
In the range of room temperature 10~35℃, the relative humidity is not more than 80%;
Properly installed on a solid surface or workbench;
In a vibration-free environment;
In a clean environment without corrosive media in the vicinity and without interference from electromagnetic fields;
Power supply The switching range of the voltage must notgreater than ±10% of the rated voltage (220V).
Scratch Hardness Tester Model 430P-II: It is a multifunctional tester with manual (430P-I) and electric (430P-II) adjustable scratch force (up to 50 N), 9 preset cutting methods according to common standards and 1 free cutting method . 2 speeds and 2 cutting path lengths for quick sample clamping. With motor-driven cutting table and positioning control, motor-driven load force adjustment, and manual rotation of the test panel, the cutting length of the control panel is 25mm/40mm, and the load force is 50N (without test end). > Scratch hardness tester LINEARTESTER 249: measure the scratch resistance of the surface, and also can do reciprocating cycle wear test, tribometer test, MEK test, and the scratch force is 0.5~20N. Three fixed and one freely adjustable test speed are available for testing the insulation of coatings on conductive substrates. Many test requirements can be metmet.

Standard:
ECCA T6 VDA 621-411 SNV 37111
GME DIN EN ISO 2409ASTM D 3359

Technical parameters:
Scratch hardness tester TriForce spray cil 293:

17 standardized pencils (hardness 6B - 9H), sharpener, sandpaper; use pencils of different hardnesses to move over the painted surface at an angle of 45° with a force of 5N, 7.5N or 10N (±0.1N). Pencil hardness is determined by the hardness of these two grades, with the softer producing only writing marks, while the harder leaving noticeable scratches on the coating.

Comply with the standard:
NEN 5350 SNV 37113 SIS 184187ECCA T4ISO 15184
