qinsun shoelace shoe eye wear test machine

Author:QINSUN Released in:2023-03 Click:107

Main application:

qinsun shoelace and eyelet wear tester is suitable for all kinds of shoelaces and eyelets, to test the wear resistance of shoelaces repeatedly against standard shoe eyelets rubbed, and to measure the abrasion resistance of shoe eyelets on standard shoelaces.

Applicable standard:

SATRATM93

Test principle:

Put part of the shoelace through the eyelet of the shoe clamped by the fiberboard, the shoelace and the eyelet of the shoe are at a 90° angle, the fiberboard and the shoelace are at an angle of 45 °, tighten the shoelace under standard tension and go back and forth through the eye of the shoe repeatedly. When pulled, the lace is damaged and the test is stopped.

qinsun shoelace shoe eye wear resistant testing machineTechnical parameters:

1. Test group: 6 groups

2. Loading weight: 455±5g or 4.46N×6 (HT)

3. Test stroke: 76±2mm

4 .Friction effective distance: 80mm< /p>

5. Luminaire spacing: maximum 310 mm

6. Test rate: 100 ± 5 cpm

7. Fiberboard: 25 × 25 × 3 mm

8. Shoe eyelet: Ф4.5mm

9. Power supply: 1∮, AC220V, 50Hz

Test sampling:

st melting

1) Cut 6 samples, the length of each sample is 300 ± 10 mm, hereinafter referred to as pattern C

2) Cut from the shoe including the shoe eyelet samples, or eyelets mounted on fibreboard and then mounted on metal rods.

Precautions:

Melting

1) If there are enough finished shoelaces, cut the samples separately from the individual shoelaces.

2) As long as sample C and the eyelets can rub together, you can use short 100mm shoelaces and connect the shoelaces end to end to make them longer for the test.

Test Steps:

1) Place eyelets on the end of each metal head to ensure that the eyelets and metal strips used for the test are relative position of the shoe eye and the position of the eye guard of the finished shoe*;

2) Clamp the other end of the metal strip into the movable clamp, the approximate distance between the eye and the clamp of the movable clamp ( D-90) mm;

3) Place sample C in the shoe eye instead of the eyelet hole, repeat the above steps until the test of 6 samples is completed;

4) Reset the counter to zero, press the \"Start\" button to test;

5) If all laces are broken, Stop the operation of the equipment;

6) For each shoelace sample, record the number of times it breaks, the type of breakage, and the extent of damage to the eyelet.
