Metallographic analyzer is a set of instruments for metallographic analysis of various cast irons (gray, nodular), alloy steel, stainless steel, copper alloy and other materials. The ten precautions for the use of metallographic analyzers are as follows:

(1) The operator must be competent and strictly follow the procedures of use.

(2) When picking up and delivering the microscope, be sure to hold the curved arm with one hand and support the base with the other hand. The microscope cannot be tilted toprevent the eyepieces from sliding off the top end of the objective barrel. Handle with care when picking up and delivering the microscope.

(3) During observation, the position of the microscope cannot be moved by chance.

(4) The optical part of the microscope can only be wiped with special lens cleaning paper, and cannot be wiped with other objects, let alone touch the lens with the fingers, so as not to stain the lens with sweat.

(5) Keep the microscope dry and clean to avoid contamination by dust, water and chemical reagents.

(6) When converting the lens, do not move the lens, only rotate the converter.

(7) Do not turn the focus wheel at will. When using the fine-tuning knob, use light force and slow rotation, and do not turn it hard when it cannot be rotated.

(8) Do not arbitrarily disassemble the parts of the microscope, and it is strictly prohibited to disassemble the objective at will, so as not to damage the converter screw, or loosen the screw to make the low and blurred high magnification objective lens wchicken switching.

(9) When using a high magnification lens, do not use the coarse focus adjustment handwheel to adjust the focal length, so as not to move too far and cause damage the objective and the glass slide.

(10) Before returning after use, you should check whether the objective lens is stained with water or reagents, if any, wipe it and wipe the stage, then place the microscope in the box inside and pay attention to the safe.
