1. Impact range: The selection of equipment impact range is related to the implementation of testing functions. Due to different industry requirements and standards for different products, the testing standards for products are also different. The wider the impact range, the higher the price of the equipment. Therefore, for cost considerations, it is still necessary to choose according to needs. At present, the commonly available impact ranges include -20 ° C to+150 ° C, -40 ° C to+150 ° C, -70 ° C to+150 ° C.

2. Test product type: Testing whether the product will generate heat can also affect the range of high and low temperature fluctuations in the cold and hot impact test chamber. At the same time, if the volume of the test product is too heavy, it is necessary to reinforce the inner box tray.

3. Air cooling or water cooling: In order to maintain the normal and stable operation of the high and low temperature alternating impact test chamber, the heat dissipation system of the equipment is a crucial factor. Currently, commonly used systems are air cooling and water cooling. Generally, for equipment with a small capacity of 50L-100L, it is better to choose air cooling in the conventional temperature range of -40~+150 ° C. Choosing water cooling for larger volume capacity and lower temperatures would result in better performance.
