G289 button impact tester is a testing equipment independently developed and produced by our company, qisnun Precision Mechanical and Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. It can detect the impact resistance of plastic buttons and rubber buttons. Used to test the load capacity of all types of buttons (diameter 10mm or more) against strong pulling or impact during garment making or daily use.

　Operation steps:

First: prepare the accessories and test samples;

Insert the head of the pin into the bayonet from a certain height;

Install the impact head into the stem tube;

Place the button in the center of the metal platform of the base;

Pull on the latch to open it;

The impact head falls and hits the sample;

Adjust the latch to the impact height of 117 mm;

Test again;

Insert the head of the pin into the bayonet from a certain height;

Insert the impact head into the stem tube;

Place the button in the center of the base metal platform;

Pull the latch;

The impact head falls and hits the sample;

Use the impact height and degree of button breakage to assess the sample performance;

Remove the impact head and pin, then the test is completed.
