Currently, over 50% of users have purchased NIO Pilot full package and select package. NIO has received over 7500 user feedback and has undergone 9 important iterations through FOTA, releasing up to 20 main features. The user experience continues to improve and optimize functions such as curve passing ability, active lane changing ability, anomaly recognition ability, and risk handling ability.
