The Standard Group cone calorimeter complies with the standards:

ISO 5660, ASTM E 1354, ASTM E 1474, ASTM E 1740, ASTM F 1550, ASTM D 6113 , NFPA 264 , CAN ULC 135, BS 476 Part 15

Standard Group Cone Calorimeter System Features:

  1. Heating shaped cone - in a truncated cone, 230 V, 5000W, heat output 100 kW/m2

2. Device for testing horizontal or vertical samples

3. 3 class K thermoelectrics Or the three-phase PID temperature controller regulates the temperature

4. Open and close mechanism - protects the sample area before testing to ensure stable initial quality measurement, and the operator can have more time before the start of the test. System testing. For flammable samples, if there is no opening and closing mechanism, it is easy to burn prematurely. This extra time is very importantfor operator

5. Sample holder - sample size 100 mm x 100 mm, thickness not more than 50 mm, placed horizontally or vertically

6. Load cell - mass The measurement is tested by a strain gauge load cell with an accuracy of up to 0.01 g. Equipped with fast electronic weighing components, the mechanical stop device can avoid damage caused by movement, give stable results and ensure the longevity of the instrument

Scan rate up to 250 channels/second with 115,000 RS232 baud and PCI GPIB interface. All readings are automatically time-recorded and stored in a stable memory of 50,000 readings
