Many factors can affect the measurement data of the seismic pressure gauge. For example, the instrument has an out-of-tolerance, which has a big impact on it. Then, I will popularize the main reasons for the out-of-tolerance of the seismic manometer and the treatment methods:
. Due to the frequent work of the instrument, the active gap at the joint of the parts is too large, such as the loose fit between the shaft and the hole, the excessive gap between the shaft and the radial direction, and tooth wear, and the loose fit may cause the hysteresis to exceed the difference. This requires finding where the fault is and resolving it symptomatically.
Secondly, the accumulation of dirt in the spring tube is also one of the reasons for the difference in the back and forth of the instrument.
Treatment method: Inject gasoline into the spring tube with a medical injection needle, then shake and clean juuntil the dirt is cleaned away.
Third, the deformation of the spring tube is one of the main reasons for the difference from front to back of the instrument.
Treatment method: If the instrument reciprocating difference is large and occurs at the same time as it does not return to zero, the spring tube can be considered to have been distorted. The deformation of the spring tube cannot be repaired and the spring tube must be replaced immediately or the instrument must be scrapped.
