Interpretation of Solutions to the Three Types of Faults in the Rapid Temperature Change Test Chamber

When using the rapid temperature change test chamber, due to long-term use and lack of attention to maintenance, the machine will inevitably encounter problems. So when the machine breaks down, how should it be fixed to ensure its normal operation? woolen cloth?

 Fault 1: The display of the control instrument is abnormal.
2. Set meter correction parameters by mistake and reset to 0. 3. Sensor is damaged, replace sensor.
4. Meter is damaged, replace meter.
Fault 2: Compressor does not operate
1. When the compressor is loaded to the point that the overload protection trips, if the overload protection is faulty or the setting is too low, press the back button on the overload protector back, and turn the current rotary knob larger, then test again.
2. If the voltage is too low, please measure whether the power supply voltage is too low, if it is too low, please install a voltage stabilizer.
3. The voltage is too high causing the compressor to stop. If the voltage is too high, please install a voltage stabilizer.
4. When the indoor temperature is too high, it is difficult for the compressor to dissipate heat, causing the compressor protection switch to trip by itself. This condition can be restored after the compressor has cooled down. Therefore, it is recommended to maintain the indoor temperature between 28°C and 15°C.
Fault 3: The rapid temperature change test chamber cannot reach the temperature value
In the high temperature test of the rapid temperature change test chamber, if the temperature change does not reach the test temperature value,you can check the electrical system and eliminate faults one by one. If the temperature of the rapid temperature change test chamber rises very slowly, it is necessary to check the air circulation system to see whether the air circulation regulating baffle is open normally, if not, check whether the air circulation motor works normally. If the temperature overshoot is severe, then it is necessary to adjust the PID tuning parameters. If the temperature rises directly, the overheating protection means that the regulator is faulty and the control instrument must be replaced.
