Therebasic structure of high and low temperature humidity and heat test chamber is mainly composed of cabinet, air circulation system, refrigeration system, heating and humidification system and a control system. 1. During the high temperature test of the damp heat test chamber, if the temperature change does not reach the test temperature value, you can check the electrical system and eliminate them one by one. Default. If the temperature rises very slowly, it is necessary to check the air circulation system to see if the air circulation regulation louver opens normally. If the temperature overshoot is severe, then it is necessary to adjust the PID tuning parameters. If the temperature rises directly, theoverheating protection means that the regulator is faulty and the control instrument must be replaced.
2. If the low temperature of the damp heat test chamber does not reach the test index, you must observe the temperature change, whether the temperature drops very slowly, or the temperature tends to rise after the temperature reaches a certain value, the first should be checked, whether to dry the work room before the low temperature test, keep the work room dry and then put the sample test in the work room, then do the test, if the test samples in the working room are placed too much, so that the wind in the working room cannot fully circulate, after eliminating the above reasons, it is necessary to determine whether it is a failure of the refrigeration system, so that the personnel of the manufacturer must be requested to carry out avision. The latter phenomenon is caused by the poor operating environment of the equipment. The ambient temperature and the location (the distance between the bottom of the box and the wall) of the damp heat test chamber must meet the requirements (these are stipulated in the operating instructions of the heat test chamber humid) .
3. During the damp heat test in the damp heat test chamber, the actual humidity will reach 100% or the actual humidity is very different from the target humidity, and the value is much lower. The first phenomenon: the wet bulb sensor gauze may be dry. If this is caused, the wet bulb sensor tank should be checked for lack of water. The water level in the tank is automatically controlled by a water level controller. Check whether the water level controller water supply system is normal and whether the water level controller is working.normally. Another possibility is that the wet ball gauze hardens the gauze due to the long time of use or the purity of the water system, which may make the gauze unable to absorb water and dry out. You only need to replace or clean the gauze to eliminate the above phenomena. This last phenomenon is mainly that the humidification system does not work. Check the water supply system of the humidification system, whether there is a certain amount of water in the water supply system, whether the humidification boiler water level control is normal and whether the water level in the humidification boiler is normal. Is the water level normal. If all of the above is normal, check the electrical control system of the damp heat test chamber and ask the maintenance personnel to overhaul it.
4. When the damp heat test chamber equipment fails suddenlyDuring the trial operation, the corresponding fault display prompt will appear on the control instrument, and there will be an audio alarm prompt. The operator can quickly check which type of fault it belongs to in the troubleshooting chapter in the operation and use of the equipment, and then instruct the personnel to quickly troubleshoot the fault to ensure the normal progress of the test. There will be other phenomena in the use of other damp heat test chambers, so it is necessary to analyze and eliminate specific phenomena.
