Integrated sewage treatment equipment process flow

Wastewater enters the collection and regulation tank for water quantity and quality regulation, which is provided by the user. Generally, concrete tanks are used, and users can determine the adjustment time based on the stability of production technology, water quality, and water volume. The retention time of the regulating pool is 4-8 hours, and then it enters the integrated sewage treatment equipment through a lifting pump. The equipment can discharge the effluent immediately.

1. Initial sedimentation tank: A vertical flow sedimentation tank is used, with a sewage flow rate of 0.5-0.8mm/s. The sludge is extracted from the air into the sludge tank. Processing water volume ≤ 2m ³/ h. It can be merged with the water collection regulating tank to form an initial sedimentation regulating tank. The stay time is 2.5-6.0 hours.

2. Contact oxidation tank: The contact oxidation tank is divided into three levels. The total residence time is 4.5-6.0 hours, with built-in combination fillers. The aeration system adopts a microporous aerator. Greatly improves the efficiency of oxygen utilization, thereby reducing energy consumption. The water to air ratio is generally 1:15-20

3. Secondary sedimentation tank: The secondary sedimentation tank is an inclined plate sedimentation tank. The total residence time is 1-2Hr.

4. Disinfection pool: The contact time of the disinfection pool is 30 minutes according to the standard, and special sewage can be extended to 1-1.5 hours. Generally, solid chlorine tablets are used for disinfection (other disinfection devices can be equipped according to customer requirements). After the industrial organic sewage is treated, the disinfection pool can be omitted for discharge.

5. Sludge tank: All sludge from the primary and secondary sedimentation tanks is discharged to the sludge tank for aerobic cleaning. The supernatant flows back to the contact oxidation tank. Due to the small amount of remaining sludge, it is generally cleaned up every 9-15 months of operation.
