Hydrostatic Pressure Resistance TesterInstallation and Use

1. Pressure adjustment: press Set after turning on the pressureChina. Press the “Return” key, press the Shift key “>” and then press the “+” and “--” adjustment keys to adjust the value. After setting, press the “Return” key to save. After adjusting the lower limit value, press the set key to exit. The lower limit of 8 hours is 0.1MPa

2. Time query: Press the “-” key and the press will switch to the time display. The upper limit is in minutes and the lower limit is in seconds. It will return to pressure display after 30 seconds.

3. Zero point adjustment: If it does not return to zero when there is no pressure after turning on the machine, press once tor reset it to zero. Do not press the reset button when there is pressure. Reset after pressure release.

4. Open the water injection cover and add pure water until the water tank is full. Start to pressurize, open the pressure regulating valve and let the water flow into the high pressure system chassis. The warehouse until it overflows.

5. Place the sample on the net in the water collector without wrinkles and overflow the excess water to ensure that there are no bubbles in the sample clamp; cover the porous plate and clamp the sample evenly.

6. Use the water inlet valve to increase the water pressure in the sample clamp to 0.1 MPa. If you can estimate the approximate range of sample resistance to hydrostatic pressure, you can also directly add water pressure to this range.Start testing at the lower limit. Maintain the above pressure for at least 1 hour and observe whether water escapes from the holes in the porous plate. If there is no water seepage into the sample, pressurize it step by step with each step difference of 0.1 MPa and hold each level for at least 1 hour. When water escapes, it indicates that the sample has seepage holes or has broken. The pressure at the previous level is recorded as the hydrostatic pressure resistance value of the sample can reach 0.1 MPa.

7. If the device specified in GB/T19979.2 is used, the water seepage rate will be used to determine whether there is water seepage. If the infiltration rate is extremely low under a certain hydraulic pressure difference, it can be considered that there is no water infiltration. When the infiltration rate increases rapidly, it indicates thate the sample has infiltration holes or has escaped. If it is damaged, the test may be interrupted.

8. The lowest value among the measured hydrostatic pressure resistance values ​​of the above 3 samples shall be used as the hydrostatic pressure resistance value of the sample; If the actual measured values ​​exceed 3, the lowest 2 values ​​should be used. If there is only one lower value in the average calculation and it is more than 50% lower than the next lowest value, then that value should be discarded.

9. The calculation of inspection results is based on relevant standards.

After the experiment, then in the water drain valve of the high pressure chamber, clean the surface of the instrument, dry the normal gland of the test chamber, the frame of the high pressure chamber and the porous plate and apply anti-ro greaseuille. If the equipment is not used for a long time, you can open the main unit. The water drain valve located at the bottom right drains all water inside the system to prevent freezing and cracking.
