Thermal resistance test:

(1) The test sequence is as follows: cold machine warm-up - thermal resistance setting - empty board thermal resistance test - thermal resistance test

(2 ) Cold machine preheating: After power on, the whole machine should be preheated for 45 minutes. Add a medium-weight piece of fabric to the test board and pull the fabric out whene test board reaches 35 degrees Celsius. Then observe the temperature of the ptard heater and the bottom plate at about 35.2, complete the preheating of the cold machine, and then put the test sample (or the standard sample) into the test bench.

(3) Setting the thermal resistance: set according to the requirements of the standard.

(4) Thermal Resistance Empty Plate Test: Measure the thermal resistance under the temperature gradient without placing the test sample. The empty card test does not need to be done every time. Since the empty board test repeat error is quite small, it is recommended to test once every 3-6 months.

(5) Thermal resistance test: put the sample to be tested on the surface of the test board, adjust the lifting knob at the front end of the test bench inside the test chamber, cover the four sides of the metal pressure edge, when themetal pressure edge is just horizontal, then put down the plexiglass cover, close the instrument door, press the start button, and the instrument will work automatically. When stable, press the stop button and the instrument will continue to display the thermal resistance value as the test result.

(6) Replace the sample and repeat the previous steps for the test. Finally, take the average value for evaluation. The result retains 3 significant digits.

Humidity resistance test:

(1) The test sequence is as follows: Preheating the cooling machine - Setting the humidity resistance parameters - Humidification and water replenishment and setting up the test film - Air board humidity resistance test - Humidity resistance test.

(2) Cold machine preheating: After power on, the whole machine should be preheated.heated for about 60 minutes. Add a medium-weight piece of fabric to the test board. When the test board reaches 35 degrees Celsius, take out the fabric. Then observe the temperature of the heating plate and the lower plate at about 35.2, complete the preheating of the cold machine, and then put the test sample (or the standard sample) into the test bench.

(3) In addition to humidification, water replenishment and film placement, moisture resistance test is similar to thermal resistance, so I will not repeat it here. Humidification and water replenishment: press the humidity resistance button on the control panel, loosen the waterproof seal of the adjustment rod a little, the water inside the water replenishment tank will flow out automatically in the test box, observe the water level indicator on the right side. of the test bench and the surfaceof the porous plate of the test body, and touch the surface of the porous plate with your hands, when the water comes out, you can stop the water level adjustment rod and pull it up, and tighten the joint sealing.

(4) Take two sheets of film, the elastic side is used for testing, lay it flat on the surface of the porous plate, and distilled water can be added in between layers of film to wet it. Take the cotton block in the accessory to smooth the film and eliminate the air bubbles between the film and the porous plate.
