The gas chromatograph is a new generation product developed by our company, featuring a color LCD Chinese display, touch screen buttons, fully digital parameter operation, and automatic control (EPC) of gas path operation parameters. It has the characteristics of high integration, simple operation, high automation, good reliability, and adaptability to long-term operation. Its cost-effectiveness ranks among the top in similar products. It can be widely used in various fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, environment, food safety, disease control, education and scientific research, and can analyze constant, trace, and trace amounts of organic matter, inorganic matter, and gas.

Instrument characteristics

1. The display window adopts an imported 7-inch vacuum fluorescent screen, which is still clear under sunlight. The instrument operation interface is a Chinese and English operating system, with touch based operation.

2. The new 10/100M adaptive Ethernet communication interface and built-in IP protocol stack are adopted, which makes it easy to form a LAN and realize long-distance data transmission via the Internet.

3. Internally design three independent connection threads to connect to local processing, unit supervisors, and superior supervisory departments, facilitating real-time monitoring of instrument operation and data analysis by unit supervisors and superior supervisory departments.

4. Equipped with NETChrome ® Workstation, capable of supporting multiple chromatographs (253) working simultaneously, achieving data processing and reverse control, leading the industry. NETChrome ® The Modbus/TCP server built into the workstation can conveniently connect the analysis results to DCS (Distributed Control System).

5. Adopting modular design, easy to upgrade. Multiple high-performance detectors are optional, such as FID, TCD, ECD, FPD, and NPD detectors, to meet the needs of complex sample analysis.

6. Completely abandoning traditional pointer pressure gauges, electronic pressure screen display has been achieved, achieving self-protection of air circuit faults, automatic ignition, key shutdown, automatic opening of air circuit, and achieving one click start. Design a timed startup program that can easily complete online analysis of gas and liquid samples (equipped with injection components).

7. The system is designed with an automatic sampler port, which is equipped with multiple driver programs and can be loaded at any time.

8. PC reverse control function, built-in reverse control chromatography workstation, realizes instrument reverse control, and can set and query instrument parameters.
