Operation steps:

1. Dip the brush in water at 20°C for 30 minutes to a depth of 12mm, then take the brush out and squeeze it dry, then dip it in a solution.n 0.5% soap for 10 minutes.

2. Place the test plate in the work table and secure it with the test plate presser feet at both ends.

3. When the machine is stopped, lift the brush and connect the button to replace the brush, and it can be used after turning on the machine.

4. Turn on the power, the counter displays \"0\" or \"1\", press the preset button to reach the required number of times, then press the \"clear button\", the machine is in a waiting state.

5. Put 0.5% soap solution into the water tank, open the mouth valve and pour the soap solution onto the test plate, everything is ready, press l start switch, the brush begins to move, the counter automatically counts, and the cleaning process Continuously inject soap solution into the medium to keep the test panel wet.

6. Observe if iThere is wear and hollow at 10 cm in the middle of the test plate. If you want to stop halfway, press the stop switch to stop the wash.

7. When the test piece is not exposed to the bottom, the counter has reached the predetermined value and the machine stops, if you want to continue the test, just press the reset switch of the counter to make the counter return to zero (otherwise it will not start), then press the start switch, the counter starts counting again and accumulates the experimental results.
