Technical parameters:

1. Ignition timing: 0-99.99 seconds can be set at will.

2. Afterburning time, slow burning Time and flame spread timer: 0 ~ 99.99 seconds, accuracy: ± 0.01 seconds.

3. Flame height: adjustable from 10 to 60 mm.

4. Flame height measuring device: ruler height 40 mm.

Operation steps:

First: prepare the accessories and test the samples;

Open the heat-resistant glass observation window;

Turn on the power switch of the instrument to enter the LCD operation interface;

Turn on the light and exhaust switches;

Wrap the cotton flossn around the three fixing brackets;

Hang the clamp containing the sample on the sample holder and fix it;

Align the three cotton filaments on the balance. marks and pass them through the lead ring;

At the other end of the line, hang a weight and hook it to the three sensors;

Set the number, ignition time and other parameters on the LCD screen;

click [Ignition];

The torch lights;

Flame size can be adjusted via the button on the dashboard;

Position the torch according to the angle of the test requirements Pour;

Push the torch along the track;

The sample is ignited;

When it reaches the first mark, the cotton thread burns and the weight falls. on the sensor;

Get the mark 1 time;

When it reaches the second scale, the cotton thread burns and the weight falls on the sensor;

Leave the mark 2 fois;

When burning until the third time. When descaling, the cotton thread burns and the weight falls on the sensor;

Get the mark 3 times;

Press the timer button on the panel and observe the ignition of the sample;

The flame goes out, the timer ends and the value is obtained;

Click [Print] to get the test data;

Save and you can view the data;

Based on the data obtained during the test, analysis and comparison are carried out to evaluate the fire propagation performance of the material.
