Experimental operation:

Clamp the sample

Place the cut sample on the test bench according to the higher standard requirements.

Hold the specimen flat, tighten the compression nut and gasket, then tighten the specimen clamp ring with a hex wrench.

Tightening the wear wheel and weight

Install the pre-ground standard wear wheel on the front inner side of the balance arm and tighten the nut. compression.

Tighten the corresponding weight or balance weight according to the required pressure.

According to the specifications of the abrasive wheels tested for different materials in the corresponding standards, install the abrasive wheels of the corresponding specifications.

Start

Turn on the power switch.

Set a predefined number of revolutions on the counter.

Press the start button, the motor drives the turntableto start spinning.

Note:

1. When the grinding wheel is worn on the surface of the sticker or the grinding wheel is uneven, it should be replaced.

2. Before each sample is measured, the grinding wheel should be cleaned with a brush.
