Leather Test Acceptance Standard

1 .Adhesion test: Use a transparent glue with good viscosity to stick it firmly on the surface of the leather (leather pulp), and quickly tear off the transparent glue in the opposite direction. After the test, there should be no obvious leather color on the transparent glue.

2. Discoloration test:

A. Dry friction test: First, take a suitable sample and fix it on the rubber color tester (the friction rod should be wrapped in a white cloth), and then rub the sample dry 20 times (counting back and forth). After the test, the color of the sample pasted on the white cloth must meet the third grade standard. (Color level refers to AATCC nine-level six-color chart)

B. Wet rubbing test: first take a suitable sample and fix it on the decolorization tester (the rubbing rod should be covered with a white cloth and the whitecloth should be soaked), then wet wipe the sample 20 times (counting back and forth once). After the test, the color of the sample pasted on the white cloth must meet the fourth grade standard. (Color level refers to AATCC nine-level six-color chart)

3. Abrasion resistance test: first take a suitable sample and fix it on the decolorization tester (the friction surface should be covered with a white cloth), then test the sample. Perform the abrasion resistance test 400 times (counting back and forth once). There should be no flaking or damage to the surface of the sample after the test.
