Air cooled xenon lamp aging test chamber

Air cooled xenon lamp aging test chamber

The air-cooled xenon lamp aging test chamber uses xenon arc lamps that can simulate full sunlight spectrum to reproduce destructive light waves in different environments. It can provide corresponding environmental simulation and accelerated testing for scientific research, product development, and quality control. In a few days or weeks, outdoor hazards that occur for months or even years can be reproduced. The Qinsun air-cooled xenon lamp aging test chamber has good repeatability and simulates natural aging technology for light and climate resistance tests, which helps to establish new standards for durability testing of textile materials. It can be widely used in plastics, packaging materials, automotive coatings, interiors and plastic components, paints, coatings and pigments, printing inks, optoelectronic products, and industrial geotextiles. The Atlas Xenontest 150S+air-cooled xenon lamp aging testing machine meets almost all universal textile standards.

Product Usage:

The use of xenon arc lamps that can simulate full sunlight spectra to reproduce destructive light waves in different environments can provide corresponding environmental simulation and accelerated testing basis for scientific research, product development, and quality control. To evaluate the light and weather resistance of certain materials under the action of high-temperature light sources, aging tests are conducted on material samples exposed to xenon arc lamp illumination and thermal radiation. They are mainly used in automobiles, coatings, rubber, plastics, pigments, adhesives, fabrics, etc
