What is the real meaning of the button pull tester tests?

The button pull tester test method is used to measure the strength of the vertical pull test on buttons and clothing. Buttons and buttons are not removed from clothing. The button sewing specifications required by this method must conform to the button manufacturing standards set by the manufacturers; This testing method is used to establish correlations in different wearing environments and to compare different button types and brands. This standard may contain hazardous materials, operations, and instruments, and the standard does not list all safety issues that may arise during use. It is therefore the responsibility of the user of this standard to establish relevant safety and health regulations and to determine appropriate regulationsbefore use. All buttons should be chain sewn onto the fabric. The process can be improved through testing to make the quality product more advanced.

The button pull tester consists of a concave gripper without claws, a lower fabric gripper and a push-pull force sensor. The button parts are held in place by concave clips without claws, and the clothing is held in place by lower fabric clips. By rotating the higher gear wheel, the user can apply a fixed force and record the fixed force or breaking force. Using pliers and accessories, the instrument can also test other buttons, denim buttons, four-hole buttons and clothing accessories, such as zippers, bow ties, appliques, hooks, D-rings, etc.

The operation of the button pull tester can be to install the clamp, faire match the button to test and lock the test sample to the base; put down the pliers, grab the button and pull it up. Each set of knobs must be capable of withstanding a tensile force of at least 17 pounds (7.72 kg) and must be held for 10 seconds without any signs of loosening or damage. A minimum of 20 buttons of each style must be tested at the same time to be considered qualified.

If any of the buttons are loose or damaged, or all buttons need to be re-inspected after replacement.
