Abrasive Wear Tester for Wet Rubber Wheels/Rubber Wheel Abrasive Wear Tester adopts sliding friction under certain test conditions according to ASTM G65-04 standard Evaluate the performance of engineering plastics, powder metallurgy, alloy bearings, etc.

 

Main Application:
Wet Rubber Wheel Abrasion Wear Tester/Rubber Wheel Abrasion Wear Tester under certain test conditions, according to ASTM G65-04 standard, takes the form of sliding friction to improve technical performance of plastics, powder metallurgy, alloys, etc.

Main Features:
1. It consists of two parts: the main engine and the operating system;

Testing Process:
1. The head is installed on the machine base, and the main shaft is supported by a set of bearings, which have high rotational accuracy. The back of the main shaft is connected to the mengine;
2. There is a weight loading system on the right half of the base, which can apply a maximum radial load of 200N to the sample on the main shaft; front end of the main shaft, and the outer sample is pressed and fixed in the outer sample slot of the force bar;
4. Apply and remove the test force It is completed by the loading system, and the size is completed by loading weights, loading the lever weight plate and the double arm weight plate;
5. The LCD screen displays the spindle speed and test time;
6. For adjusting and setting the speed, refer to the manual of the frequency converter;
7. The test time is controlled by the instrument. After completion, the test time can be preset using the dial, and when the time is up, the alarm will sound andn be disabled for protection;
8. The instrument shows the temperature change of the sample during the test.
