Test principle:

Laces and shoes Belt sharpening : Take two shoelaces and hook the middle sections to form the right and the left. Use the machine\'s right clamp (moving clamp) to clamp the two ends of the right belt. After clamping, the two ends are naturally separated by 25mm. The right strap hooks the left strap at an angle of 52.2° and the distance between the hook point and the clamp point is 120mm. Then the left clamp (fixed clamp) clamps itone end of the left belt and the other end is placed in the groove of the pulley. The natural distance between the wheel grooves is 35+5mm. During the test, the movable clamp moves back and forth in a straight line at a constant speed to allowing the middle parts of the two shoelaces to rub together. The number of rubs is recorded when the test reaches the specified number of rubs or when the shoelaces break.

Sampling Requirements:

Test steps:

4. Clamp the right shoe With example:

Loosen the fixing screw on the clip and insert the lower clip Place it on the sample gauge and align it, then insert the two sides of the right shoelace into the groove of the lower clip, place the upper clip on the shoelace and align it with the sample gauge and lock it with the set screw.

5. Clamp the left shoelace sample:

Place one end of the left shoelace in the roll and tie it to the hook of the 250g weight;

●Insert the other end of the left shoelace into the groove of the fastener, pull the shoelace so that the tied weight is at the bottom of the roll, and lock the butterfly knob.

6. Remove the sample meter;

9. After the number of tests is reached, remove the sample, observe the degree of friction of the sample and judge according to the standard requirements. If the number of tests does not reach, it is broken, and the number of times it breaks should be recorded.

Precautions:

1. When clamping the shoelace sample, the shoelace should not be twisted.

2. Calculation and assessment of results:
