The universal wear performance tester is a commonly used wear resistance testing machine. Mount the sample on the clamp and tighten it. Put down the upper clamp equipped with sandpaper, adjust the position of the weight so that the sandpaper is in contact with the sample surface, set the number of sample friction through the control system, and start the \'instrument. The bottom base of the fixture moves back and forth to rub the sample and sandpaper against each other. When the number of movements reaches the set value, the instrument stops and the sample is removed to observe the degree of wear. It is suitable for testing the performance and wear resistance ofe various types of fabrics, including clothing, footwear and industrial textiles.

Scope of application:

The sample to be tested may be dry or immersed in water, oil or other liquids.
