Troubleshooting of SIEMENS Model 63BU Constant Difference Flow Controller

1 , indicating no or very little motion.

The reasons are:

(1) The balancing valve is not fully closed or leaking;

(2) The high and low pressure valve at the base of the throttling device is not open;

(3) The valve and pipeline between the throttling device and the differential pressure gauge are blocked;

(4) The steam conductor The pressure pipe is not condensed;

(5) The liner between the throttling device and the process pipe is not tight;

(6) The internal defect of the differential pressure gauge.

The corresponding treatment methods are:

(1) close the balancing valve, repair or replace it with a new one;

(2) open it;

(3) flush the line, repair or replace the valve;

(4) open the gauge after condensation;

(5) Tighten the bolts or replace the brake pads; (6) Check and repair.
