Fabric pilling is a common headache for consumers and textile companies. 1. Choose fibers that do not pill easily during yarn and fabric production.

2. Add lubricant Lubsoft to prevent friction during pre-treatment and dyeing in the jet dyeing machine;

3. Use Cellusof-L for blended fabrics of cotton and polyester/cellulose fibers and use suitable biological enzymes for polishing for wool or polyester/wool blended fabrics.

8. Apply the correct heat setting to polyester/cellulose fibers and polyester/wool blended fabrics to set the yarn and feed it properly.

9. Brushing while shaving can remove surface fibers and protruding fibers.

10. Searing on both sides can remove surface fibers and protruding fibers.

11. For polyester and polyester/cellulosic fiber fabrics, partial alkali reduction of polyester components can reduce the strength of polyester so that the beads are easy to remove .
