Three, wear-resistant instrument operation steps

Preparation before the test

The instrument needs to be connected to the power supply before the test, and the exhaust port is connected to the vacuum cleaner

Accessories and other instruments: a pair of standard grinding wheels, double-sided adhesive (hard), fine sandpaper (for calibration). According to the requirements of different standards also need to prepare 0.1mg precision balance, fabric strength machine, appearance evaluation light box, etc., to evaluate the test results.

Specimen: cut to about 110mm, leaving a hole 8mm in the middle. if you need to compare the weight change before and after the specimen, you need to weigh the original weight of the specimen in advance (such as the specimen is a fabric, etc. need double-sided tape fixed, you need to stick the standard double-sided tape after removing the outer layer of stickers, weighing its total weight); if you need to compare the strength change before and after the specimen, you need to test its original strength before the test; compare other properties such as haze are required before the test The corresponding test to determine the original parameters. The specimen should be pre-wetted for at least 8h.

Speed regulation: After power on, start the instrument under the state of double arm lifting, and adjust the speed knob to the desired speed according to the digital display.

Four, test procedures

1、Clamp the specimen

Place the cut specimen on the test bench according to the standard requirements. Keep the specimen flat, tighten the compression nut and shim, and fasten the specimen fixing ring with hexagonal wrench.

2, Clamp the abrasive wheel and weights

Install the pre-ground standard wear wheel on the inside front of the balance arm and tighten the compression nut. Clamp the corresponding weights or balance weights according to the required pressure. According to the requirements of the corresponding standards for the abrasive wheel specifications for different materials, install the corresponding specifications of the abrasive wheel.

3, Start

Turn on the power switch. Set the preset number of turns on the counter. Press the start button and the motor drives the turntable to start rotating.

Note: 1. When the grinding wheel is ground to the sticker or the grinding wheel surface is not flat, it needs to be replaced. 2. Before measuring each sample, it is necessary to clean the grinding wheel with a brush.

Five, sample results evaluation

After reaching the predetermined number of turns, the instrument stops automatically or according to the requirements of different standards, to determine the end of the test is to stop the test by pressing the red stop button and close the vacuum cleaner. Take out the specimen for evaluation.
