The paper breakage tester is designed according to the international Mullen method and is a special instrument for testing the bursting strength of various paper products, such as cardboard. The performance parameters and technical indicators meet the standards of ISO2758 and GB/T6545 Determination of the bursting strength of cardboard.
The testing principle of the paper burst testing machine:
The paper is clamped on the elastic film between the two chucks of the automatic breaking instrument, and the upper and lower chucks clamp the sample around it. Allow the paper and film to bulge freely towards each other. When the hydraulic fluid is pumped in at a constant speed, the adhesive film expands until the aluminum foil sample ruptures, the maximum applied pressure is the bursting strength of the paper.
Test standard automatic bursting strength tester;
Burst tester meets national standards;
